Version 2.0. Effective date: October 13, 2026
IMPORTANT. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. IF YOU LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES, SECTION 17 CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER. THEY REQUIRE MOST DISPUTES TO BE RESOLVED BY INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION INSTEAD OF IN COURT, AND THEY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO TAKE PART IN A CLASS ACTION. YOU MAY OPT OUT OF ARBITRATION WITHIN 30 DAYS (SECTION 17.4).
Summary
This summary is for convenience only. The full terms below are what count.
- You can try Office Silkie free for 30 days. The trial needs no payment details and never turns into a paid plan by itself.
- A license covers one PC at a time. You activate it online through our website and can move it to another PC by deactivating the old one.
- Your documents stay on your PC. We never receive them.
- The software is provided "as is". Converting files between formats is never perfect, so check important documents and keep backups.
- Our liability is limited (Section 15).
- Disputes are resolved by individual arbitration, not class actions (Section 17), unless you opt out.
1. This agreement
1.1 This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a contract between you and Neekore LLC ("we", "us", "our"), the maker of Office Silkie.
1.2 You accept this Agreement when you check the box or click the button that says you agree, or when you install or use the Software, whichever happens first. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1.3 If you accept this Agreement for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind it, and "you" means that organization.
1.4 You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to accept this Agreement. A younger person may use the Software only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts this Agreement.
2. Definitions
- "Software" means the Office Silkie applications Silkie Write, Silkie Sheets and Silkie PDF, the Office Silkie installer, and any updates, fixes, documentation and online help we provide for them.
- "Online Services" means our servers and website that provide trials, activation, license checks, downloads and updates.
- "PC" means one physical Windows computer, or one virtual machine.
- "License" means the right to use the Software that you get under Section 4 after buying it.
- "Your Content" means the documents, spreadsheets, PDF files, images, signatures and other material you create, open, edit or save with the Software.
- "Terms of Sale" means our terms for purchases, published on our website at https://officesilkie.com/terms.
- "Privacy Policy" means our privacy policy, published on our website at https://officesilkie.com/privacy.
3. Free trial
3.1 You may use the Software free of charge for 30 days, starting the first time any Office Silkie application is opened on a PC, to decide whether it suits you. Each PC can have one trial.
3.2 The trial needs no payment details and never converts into a paid purchase or subscription by itself. When the trial ends, the applications stop opening until you buy a License. Your documents remain on your PC and are not affected.
3.3 We may change or end the trial offer for future trials. Section 14 (no warranty) and Section 15 (limitation of liability) apply to the trial in full.
4. License
4.1 Grant. When you buy a License and keep to this Agreement, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Software on one PC at a time, for your personal use or for the internal business use of you or your organization. The License lasts for the period stated at purchase. A subscription License lasts for the period you paid for and renews only as described in the Terms of Sale. A one-time ("perpetual") License does not expire, but it can end under Section 13.
4.2 One PC. Each License can be active on only one PC at a time. To use the Software on a different PC, deactivate it on the old PC first (in the application: Manage license, then Deactivate this PC), or ask us to move it. Reinstalling Windows on the same PC does not use up your License. Each virtual machine counts as a separate PC.
4.3 No shared use. You may not make the Software available to more than one user at a time through a terminal server, remote desktop service, network share or similar arrangement, or let other people use your License on their own PCs.
4.4 Updates included. Your License includes the updates we choose to publish for the version you bought, as described at purchase. We have no obligation to publish any particular update, feature, or new major version.
4.5 Reserved rights. The Software is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors keep all rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement.
5. Activation, online checks and updates
5.1 Activation is online. There are no license keys. You activate a License by signing in on our website and choosing to use it on your PC, or automatically after you buy from the Software. Activation requires an internet connection.
5.2 Regular checks. While a License is active, the Software checks it with our Online Services about once a week when your PC is online. It keeps working without a connection for up to 30 days after the last successful check. After that, it needs to connect again before it can be used. The Software also looks for updates about twice a month.
5.3 Updates are your choice. The Software asks you before downloading or installing an update. An update may add, change or remove features. An update may come with its own terms, which you accept by installing it. Section 22 explains how we change this Agreement.
5.4 When a License stops working. A License stops working at the next check if it is refunded, charged back, reversed, cancelled, expired, or ended under Section 13.
5.5 Availability. We work to keep the Online Services available, but they may be interrupted for maintenance, failures, or events outside our control, and we do not promise that they will always be available.
5.6 If we stop the Online Services. If we permanently shut down the Online Services, we will use reasonable efforts to give customers with an active paid License a way to keep using the version they have, for example an update that no longer needs online checks. This Section 5.6 does not apply to trials or to Licenses that ended under Section 13.
6. What you may not do
You may not, and may not allow anyone else to:
(a) copy the Software, except that you may keep one copy of the installer as a backup;
(b) sell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, share, or transfer the Software or your License, or offer the Software as a hosted or online service;
(c) remove, disable, bypass, or interfere with the trial, activation, license checks, or update security of the Software, or use a License, account or machine identifier that is not legitimately yours;
(d) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent the law expressly permits it despite this restriction, or as an open-source license for a component allows it;
(e) remove or change any copyright, trademark, or other notices in the Software;
(f) use the Software or the Online Services in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone's rights, including to create, alter, or sign documents you are not authorized to create, alter, or sign;
(g) overload, probe, attack, or use automated means to access the Online Services, except through the Software as designed; or
(h) use the Software in the situations described in Section 8.6.
7. Your content
7.1 You own it. Your Content belongs to you or to whoever you got it from. The Software works on your PC and does not send Your Content to us. We claim no rights in it.
7.2 You are responsible for it. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights and permissions you need to open, change, convert, sign, and share it.
7.3 Backups. You are responsible for keeping backup copies of Your Content. Features such as autosave and recovery may reduce the risk of losing work, but they do not remove it.
8. Important limits of the Software. Please read
8.1 File formats and conversion. The Software opens and saves files in formats created by other programs, for example .docx, .xlsx and .pdf files. These formats are complex, and no conversion is perfect. Layout, fonts, numbering, formulas, charts, comments, tracked changes, macros, embedded objects, metadata, and other content may look different, change, or be lost when a file is opened, edited, converted, or saved. The Software may warn you about some of these changes, but it cannot detect all of them. Always check the result before you rely on it, and keep the original file.
8.2 Calculations. Formulas and functions in Silkie Sheets may give results that differ from other spreadsheet programs, or that are wrong. Before you rely on a calculation for a financial, tax, legal, scientific, engineering, medical, safety, or other important decision, check it independently.
8.3 Text recognition and extraction. Features that recognize or extract text, such as OCR in Silkie PDF, may produce mistakes or miss text.
8.4 Signatures. The signature features of the Software place a picture of a signature in a document. You can draw it, type it, or take it from a photo. A signature added this way is not a certificate-based digital signature. It does not verify anyone's identity or intent, and it does not prove that a document has not been changed. Whether a signature is legally valid depends on the applicable law and on the agreement of the people involved. You are responsible for using signatures lawfully, and only with the authority of the person whose signature it is. We are not responsible for the validity, enforceability, or misuse of any signature or signed document. Signatures you save in the Software are stored on your PC, so protect access to your PC.
8.5 Hiding, removing and protecting content. Features that hide, cover, delete, flatten, or password-protect content may leave that content recoverable in the file, for example in hidden layers, earlier versions, or metadata. Check the result before you share sensitive documents.
8.6 Not for high-risk use. The Software is not designed or tested for situations where an error or failure could lead to death, personal injury, serious physical or environmental damage, or serious financial loss. Examples are operating nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication, air traffic control, life support, medical devices, emergency services, or weapons systems. You may not use it for those purposes.
8.7 No professional advice. Templates, examples, help text, and anything else in the Software are for convenience only. They are not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice.
9. Third-party components and services
9.1 The Software includes open-source and other third-party components. Each one is licensed under its own terms, which are included with the Software. For those components, their terms apply, and nothing in this Agreement limits any rights those terms give you.
9.2 Purchases may be handled by a payment provider or reseller, and some features may use services built into Windows. Those parties' own terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party products or services.
10. Ownership, trademarks and feedback
10.1 The Software, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. "Office Silkie", "Silkie Write", "Silkie Sheets", "Silkie PDF", and their logos are our trademarks or names we use. This Agreement gives you no right to use them.
10.2 Microsoft, Word, Excel, Windows, Adobe, PDF, and other names of third parties belong to their owners. We use them only to describe compatibility. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those owners.
10.3 If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them freely without paying or crediting you.
11. Privacy
The Software does not send Your Content to us. To provide trials, activation, license checks, and updates, it sends our Online Services an anonymous identifier for your PC, made one-way from Windows' own machine identifier, along with your PC's name, the application name and version, and license and trial status. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and your choices.
12. Export controls and sanctions
12.1 The Software is subject to United States export control and sanctions laws and may be subject to the laws of other countries. You may not download, use, export, or re-export the Software in breach of those laws. In particular, you may not use it in a country or region that is subject to comprehensive United States sanctions, or if you are on a United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties, or on behalf of anyone who is.
12.2 We may refuse or end trials, sales, activations, and updates when we believe that is needed to comply with these laws.
13. Term and termination
13.1 This Agreement lasts until it is ended. You may end it at any time by uninstalling the Software.
13.2 We may suspend or end your License and this Agreement, with notice where reasonably possible, if:
- you seriously or repeatedly break this Agreement, in particular Section 6;
- your payment is refunded, charged back, or reversed, or we reasonably believe the purchase was fraudulent; or
- we must do so to comply with the law or with an order of a court or authority.
13.3 A subscription License ends at the end of the period you paid for, unless it renews.
13.4 When this Agreement or your License ends, you must stop using the Software, except during any trial you are still entitled to, and the Software may stop working. If we end your License for a reason that is not your fault, for example under Section 13.2 because the law requires it, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid fee where the law requires it or where it is fair to do so.
13.5 Sections 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, and 14 to 24 continue to apply after this Agreement ends.
14. No warranty
14.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE AND THE ONLINE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", "WITH ALL FAULTS", AND "AS AVAILABLE". YOU USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE, OUR LICENSORS, AND OUR SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, AND GUARANTEES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. THIS INCLUDES ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IT ALSO INCLUDES ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT IT WILL KEEP OR CONVERT YOUR CONTENT CORRECTLY, OR THAT IT WILL WORK WITH OTHER SOFTWARE, FILES, OR HARDWARE.
14.2 NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION YOU RECEIVE FROM US CREATES ANY WARRANTY THAT IS NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT.
14.3 IF THE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW US TO DISCLAIM AN IMPLIED WARRANTY, THAT WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO 30 DAYS FROM YOUR FIRST USE OF THE SOFTWARE, OR TO THE SHORTEST PERIOD THE LAW ALLOWS IF THAT IS LONGER.
14.4 Our money-back guarantee in the Terms of Sale is a promise to refund your purchase if you are not satisfied. It is not a warranty about the quality or performance of the Software.
15. Limitation of liability
15.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER WE NOR OUR LICENSORS OR SUPPLIERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. WE ARE ALSO NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, DOCUMENTS, OR CONTENT, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, OR SAVINGS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. THESE EXCLUSIONS APPLY WHEN THE LOSS ARISES OUT OF OR RELATES TO THE SOFTWARE, THE ONLINE SERVICES, OR THIS AGREEMENT. THEY APPLY WHATEVER THE LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER, AND EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THE LOSS WAS POSSIBLE.
15.2 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SOFTWARE, THE ONLINE SERVICES, OR THIS AGREEMENT IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US$50).
15.3 These limits apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. They are an essential part of the bargain between you and us, and the price of the Software reflects them.
15.4 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. This includes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for willful misconduct or other intentional wrongdoing, for gross negligence where the law does not allow it to be limited, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and for violations of law where the law does not allow the liability to be limited. In those cases, our liability is limited only as far as the law allows.
16. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our licensors, and our suppliers from and against claims, damages, losses, and reasonable costs (including reasonable legal fees) brought by a third party, to the extent they arise from (a) Your Content, (b) your use of the Software in breach of this Agreement or of the law, or (c) your use of a signature, or creation or alteration of a document, that you were not authorized to use, create, or alter. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and may control its defense. You may not settle any such claim in a way that admits fault on our part or binds us without our written consent. This Section does not apply to claims caused by our own breach of this Agreement or our own wrongdoing.
17. Dispute resolution: binding individual arbitration and class action waiver (United States)
This Section 17 applies only if you live in the United States, or, for an organization, if your principal place of business is in the United States. If you live anywhere else, Section 18.3 applies instead.
17.1 Try to resolve it informally first. Before starting arbitration or a court case, the party with the dispute must send the other a written notice. The notice must give the person's name and contact details, the email address used for any purchase, a description of the dispute, and the relief requested. You send notices to us at support@officesilkie.com. We send notices to the email address we have for you. Both of us will then try in good faith to resolve the dispute for 60 days. During that time, and until 30 days after it ends, all limitation periods and filing-fee deadlines are paused (tolled). This informal step is a condition for starting arbitration, but not for going to small claims court.
17.2 Agreement to arbitrate. You and we agree to resolve by binding individual arbitration, and not in court, any dispute, claim, or controversy between you and us that arises out of or relates in any way to the Software, the Online Services, any purchase, the Privacy Policy, our website, or this Agreement (a "Dispute"). This includes Disputes about events that happened before this Agreement and Disputes about whether this Agreement is valid or enforceable, except as stated in Section 17.3(d). The Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. § 1 and following) governs this Section 17. The only exceptions are:
(a) either of us may bring an individual claim in a small claims court that has jurisdiction, as long as the claim stays there and proceeds only on an individual basis;
(b) either of us may go to court to stop the infringement, misappropriation, or circumvention of intellectual property rights or of technical protections (for example, cracking or piracy of the Software), or to stop unauthorized access to the Online Services; and
(c) claims for public injunctive relief, as described in Section 17.8.
17.3 How arbitration works.
(a) The American Arbitration Association ("AAA") will administer the arbitration under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and, when they apply, under its Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules (together, the "AAA Rules"), as modified by this Section 17. The AAA Rules are available at www.adr.org. If the AAA is unavailable or refuses to administer the arbitration, the parties will agree on another arbitration provider. If they cannot agree, a court will appoint one under 9 U.S.C. § 5.
(b) The arbitration takes place in the county where you live, or another place we both agree on. If the AAA Rules allow it, the arbitration may be decided on documents alone, or by phone or video.
(c) Payment of filing, administration, and arbitrator fees follows the AAA Rules. If your claim is for US$10,000 or less and is not frivolous, we will reimburse your filing fee when the arbitration ends, whatever the outcome. If the arbitrator finds that a claim or the relief requested was frivolous or brought for an improper purpose, fees are divided as the AAA Rules provide. Each party pays its own lawyers' fees, unless the law or the arbitrator awards them.
(d) The arbitrator decides all questions about whether a Dispute must be arbitrated and about the scope, validity, and enforceability of this Section 17. The exception is that only a court may decide disputes about Section 17.6 (class action waiver), Section 17.8 (public injunctive relief), or whether Section 17.7 applies.
(e) The arbitrator may award the same damages and individual relief that a court could award, but only in favor of the individual party who asked for it, and only as far as needed for that party's individual claim. The arbitrator must follow this Agreement and the law and give a written decision that explains the essential findings. A judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. The decision binds only the parties to that arbitration and does not set a precedent for other Disputes.
17.4 Your right to opt out. You may reject this agreement to arbitrate. To do so, send an email to support@officesilkie.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days after you first accept this Agreement. The email must include your name, the email address used for any purchase, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out affects only this Section 17, apart from Sections 17.5 and 17.6, which still apply. It does not affect anything else in this Agreement. If you opted out of an earlier version of this arbitration agreement, your opt-out still applies.
17.5 Jury trial waiver. If a Dispute is decided in court rather than in arbitration, for any reason, you and we each waive any right to a jury trial, to the extent the law allows.
17.6 Class action waiver. You and we may bring claims against each other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding, whether in arbitration or in court. The arbitrator may not combine more than one person's claims or preside over any form of class, collective, or representative proceeding, unless you and we both agree in writing. If a court finally decides that this Section 17.6 cannot be enforced for a particular claim or type of relief, then that claim or relief, and only that one, will be separated and decided in court, after the arbitration of any individual claims has finished. Everything else will still be arbitrated.
17.7 Many similar claims. If 25 or more similar demands for arbitration are filed against us, or by us, using the same or coordinated counsel, the AAA Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules apply to them. All limitation periods for those demands are paused while they wait to be administered. Nothing in this Section 17.7 takes away anyone's right to an individual arbitration.
17.8 Public injunctive relief. If applicable law, such as California law, does not allow a person to give up the right to seek public injunctive relief in arbitration, then any claim for that relief will be decided by a court in the place stated in Section 18.2. That court case will be paused until all individual claims and relief in the same matter have been arbitrated.
17.9 Changes to this Section. If we change this Section 17, you may reject the change by emailing support@officesilkie.com within 30 days after the change takes effect. If you do, the last version you accepted continues to apply. No change applies to a Dispute we had notice of before the change took effect.
17.10 Severability. Except as stated in Section 17.6, if any part of this Section 17 is found to be unenforceable, that part is separated and the rest of Section 17 still applies.
17.11 Time to bring claims. To the extent the law allows, any claim must be started, by a notice under Section 17.1 or in small claims court, within one year after it arose. Otherwise the claim is permanently barred.
18. Governing law and courts
18.1 The Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 17. Otherwise, this Agreement and all Disputes are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law. This choice does not include conflict-of-law rules that would apply another place's law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. Neither does any version of the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act.
18.2 Some Disputes may be decided in court, for example after an opt-out, under the exceptions in Section 17.2, or where Section 17 does not apply. For those, you and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. The exception is small claims court, where a claim may be brought wherever the court has jurisdiction.
18.3 If you live outside the United States, Section 17 does not apply to you. Disputes will be decided by the courts named in Section 18.2, unless the law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring proceedings or rely on mandatory protections there. If so, nothing in this Agreement takes that right away.
19. Your rights as a consumer
19.1 Some countries, states, and provinces do not allow certain warranties to be excluded or certain kinds of liability to be limited. In some places, the law also gives consumers rights that a contract cannot take away, for example statutory guarantees in Australia and New Zealand, and statutory rights for digital content in the European Union and the United Kingdom. Nothing in this Agreement limits those rights. Where those laws apply, our exclusions and limits apply only as far as those laws allow.
19.2 European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland. If you are a consumer living there, the following applies. We are liable under statutory law for intent and gross negligence. For ordinary (slight) negligence, we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation, and only up to the damage that was typical and foreseeable when you accepted this Agreement. Your statutory rights relating to digital content that does not conform to the contract are not affected.
19.3 New Jersey. If you live in New Jersey, the following applies. If a New Jersey court finds that any part of Sections 14, 15, 16, or 17.11 is invalid, void, or unenforceable under New Jersey law, that part does not apply to you. The rest of those Sections still applies.
20. U.S. Government end users
The Software is "commercial computer software" and "commercial computer software documentation" as those terms are used in FAR 12.212 and DFARS 227.7202. U.S. Government end users acquire the Software only with the rights set out in this Agreement.
21. Notices and electronic communications
You agree to receive notices from us electronically, by email, in the Software, or on our website. Electronic notices meet any legal requirement that a notice be in writing. You send notices to us at support@officesilkie.com.
22. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement. The new version applies to new installations, to updates you choose to install after it takes effect, and to purchases made after it takes effect. If a change is material, we will tell you in advance in the Software, on our website, or by email. A change will not apply retroactively. It will not reduce what a License you already paid for includes unless you agree, and it will not change Section 17 except as Section 17.9 allows. If you do not agree to a new version, do not install the update or make the new purchase that it applies to.
23. General
23.1 Entire agreement. This Agreement, together with the Terms of Sale for any purchase and the Privacy Policy, is the entire agreement between you and us about the Software. It replaces any earlier agreements about the Software. If they conflict, this Agreement controls on the use of the Software, and the Terms of Sale control on payments, renewals, and refunds.
23.2 Severability. Except as stated in Section 17, if a court or arbitrator finds that any provision of this Agreement is unenforceable, that provision is enforced as far as possible, and the rest of the Agreement stays in effect.
23.3 No waiver. If we do not enforce a right or provision, we have not given it up.
23.4 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or your License without our written consent. We may assign this Agreement to a company we control or form, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business or assets. The assignee then takes over our rights and obligations.
23.5 Events beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Examples are power, internet, or hosting failures, cyberattacks, natural disasters, war, government action, or labor disputes.
23.6 Relationship. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship. No one other than you and us has any rights under this Agreement, except our licensors and suppliers, who benefit from Sections 14 and 15.
23.7 Interpretation. Headings are for convenience only. "Including" means "including without limitation". If this Agreement is translated, the English version controls, to the extent the law allows.
